coesione e il Pnrr, Raffaele Fitto e il presidente della Regione Basilicata, Vito Bardi. Al centro dell'incontro la gestione dei fondi europei e nazionali destinati alle politiche di sviluppo e coesione."Il nostro obiettivo è mettere a terra una politica di sviluppo e coesione territoriale orientata alla gestione efficiente dei fondi europei e nazionali. Non basta il concetto della capacità di spesa, già di per sé insufficiente, ma occorre anche la misurabilità degli effetti della spesa. Queste risorse servono per diminuire il gap tra le regioni del Sud e la media nazionale ed europea, ma l'obiettivo in questi decenni è evidentemente fallito. Bene, dunque, una ricognizione da parte del governo, che sia di supporto alle Regioni, nella logica di collaborazione che è insita in un sistema istituzionale multilivello come il nostro" afferma in una nota il presidente della Regione Basilicata, Vito Bardi."Non abbiamo bisogno di fondi comunitari utilizzati di fatto come spesa aggiuntiva - in barba ai divieti sanciti a livello comunitario e nazionale - ma di fondi che vanno investiti su grandi linee strategiche per far uscire la Basilicata e il Mezzogiorno dal sottoutilizzo attuale, una pesante eredità del passato. La Regione Basilicata insieme al governo è pronta a cambiare la rotta, perché con la nuova programmazione e il Pnrr la Basilicata è dinanzi a un tornante della propria Storia.
