aumento delleprenotazioni della clientela domestica (+1,5%) e di quelle dellacomponente straniera, che registra addirittura un +6,3% rispettoallo scorso anno secondo i calcoli dell'Associazione ItalianaConfindustria Alberghi.A scegliere un soggiorno presso le località balneari oltre gliitaliani troviamo in primis tedeschi e svizzeri seguiti daifrancesi che preferiscono le coste italiane allo spettacoloofferto dalle olimpiadi in corso. Ad oggi nelle 5 settimane delmese sono state prenotate oltre l'85% delle camere con la terzasettimana, quella di Ferragosto, già sold out.Agosto 2024 in chiaroscuro quello che si prospetta invece per lecittà d'arte: se da un lato nelle prime due settimane del mese,le prenotazioni degli alberghi risultano più o meno allineate aquello dello scorso anno, a partire dalla terza settimana, adoggi, il numero di prenotazioni registrate è inferiore rispettoa quello del 2023. Il dato risente del calo delle prenotazionidi italiani, non compensato nelle prime 3 settimane dall'aumentodelle prenotazioni da parte della clientela straniera.Situazione in peggioramento a partire dalla quarta settimana diagosto dove al calo degli italiani si aggiunge anche una lievediminuzione (-0,1%) delle prenotazioni da parte della clientelainternazionale.Venezia mantiene alto il suo appeal e nelle prime due settimanedi agosto il tasso di occupazione camere si attesta oltre il 72%per poi scendere al 65% nelle tre settimane successive.Risultati poco inferiori per Roma il 70% nella prima decade delmese e del 60% nel periodo ricompreso dal 12 al 31 agosto.Stesso trend anche per Milano dove il dato sulle prenotazionidal 1 all'11 agosto si attesta al 60% per poi diminuire al 50%nelle ultime tre settimane del mese. Rispondono bene anchequesta estate le aree interne."Il costante interesse da parte del turismo internazionale ancheverso le destinazioni balneari è un fattore importante e puòrappresentare un valido stimolo per far crescere i mesi spalla,periodi in cui proprio i viaggiatori stranieri scelgono spessodi visitare le nostre località.
