È quanto emerge dagli attidepositati nel processo, che partirà il 5 novembre, a caricodell'ex presidente della Regione Liguria Giovanni Toti,dell'imprenditore portuale Aldo Spinelli e della stessa ex guidadello scalo.Al centro delle nuove accuse la maxi consulenza da 200 milaeuro che Signorini, quando era amministratore delegato di Iren,aveva affidato a Vianello, presidente di Ente Bacini e titolareal 54% delle quote della Santa Barbara Srl, azienda che sioccupa di attività anti-incendio in porto. Quest'ultimo erastato sottoposto a un'interdittiva perché accusato di avercorrotto Signorini in cambio dell'innalzamento a tavolino dellatariffa oraria per chi fruisce dei servizi della società.Da quanto scoperto dalla guardia di finanza, coordinata daipm Federico Manotti e Luca Monteverde, già dopo poche settimanedall'inizio della collaborazione Vianello fatturò a Iren 120mila euro, suddivisi in due tranche da 61 mila il 15 gennaio eil 28 febbraio. Per gli inquirenti l'ex capo del porto conquella consulenza voleva in qualche modo sdebitarsi per iprecedenti favori.La collaborazione era stata voluta fortemente da Signorini,come ha ricordato il presidente della multiutility Luca DalFabbro, sentito come persona informata dei fatti a giugno."Signorini - il racconto del manager ai pm - non aveva informatoil cda della consulenza a Vianello, in virtù della delega cheaveva come amministratore delegato e direttore generale, che gliconsentiva di affidarle entro i 250 mila euro… disse che lacollaborazione era fondamentale ma fino a quel momento nonavevamo avuto bisogno di consulenti di quel genere".Alla domanda se nei sei mesi di consulenza Vianello abbia mairedatto pareri o documenti sulle attività svolte, Dal Fabbro hadetto di non averli mai visti. Una delle ipotesi è che parte deisoldi di quella consulenza dovesse essere restituita all'expresidente dell'Autorità portuale.
