materia diprevenzione e contrasto della violenza di genere per laredazione di un testo unico" dalla Commissione parlamentare diinchiesta sul femminicidio, nonché su ogni forma di violenza digenere della XIX Legislatura presieduta dalla parlamentareMartina Semenzato, riunita oggi in sessione plenaria pressol'Aula del IV Piano di Palazzo San Macuto.È il risultato di una lunga attività conoscitiva svolta dallaCommissione, che ha visto anche 32 audizioni di esperti concompetenze diversificate in materia di violenza di genere edomestica. L'impianto della relazione - spiega la Commissione -esprime un approccio omnicomprensivo, che guarda le causeprofonde della violenza di genere e che spazia,conseguentemente, in tutti gli ambiti in cui entra in gioco ilruolo della donna. L'indirizzo della relazione ha intesomarcare, in sostanza, il superamento di una certa tendenzaculturale che, nell'analisi del fenomeno, "schiaccia le donnenel ruolo di vittime, a vantaggio di una visione più conforme diuna cittadinanza femminile davvero paritaria. Una visioneincentrata cioè sul protagonismo delle donne, la cuiassertività, indipendenza economica, titolarità pienanell'esercizio dei diritti e delle libertà rappresentano la piùefficace forma di prevenzione dei femminicidi e di ogni forma diviolenza di genere".Sugli esiti positivi della votazione, grande soddisfazioneè stata espressa dalla presidente Semenzato che ha ringraziatole commissarie e i commissari "per il loro importante e preziosocontributo. La proposta di relazione consiste in una importantericognizione degli assetti normativi in materia di prevenzione econtrasto della violenza di genere per la redazione di un testounico. In quanto tale, non può avere carattere di esaustivitàrispetto ai contenuti di un futuro testo unico della materia,che è nella piena facoltà dell'Esecutivo comporre ed adottare.La relazione che la Commissione ha deliberato all'unanimità ha,in sostanza, carattere propedeutico fondamentale nel percorsoverso un testo unico della materia, nel rispetto rigoroso dellecompetenze della Commissione e del dettato della leggeistitutiva. Ritengo la relazione nei tempi e nei modi esempiovirtuoso di lavoro trasversale avendo in animo obbiettivistringenti alla lotta alla violenza di genere", ha affermato lapresidente Semenzato.
