L'appello di Tessiore si rivolge, quindi, alle istituzioni, all'Asl innanzitutto, affinché la presa in carico della gestione della sua assistenza sia tutta dell'Azienda sanitaria locale: "Non posso più dipendere dalle inadempienze degli enti territoriali. Chi mi assiste lo fa per 24 ore su 24". Chiede ascolto all'Asl e all'Ambito territoriale "ma - spiega - se mi mettono per iscritto per non possono assistermi a casa sceglierò di non vivere più. Io sono innamorato della vita, ma così non posso vivere. E le istituzioni devono prendersi le proprie responsabilità".
