consumi di energia. Di fatto però emergono voci o, meglio, dati che riportano alla luce una realtà molto diversa. In particolare, da un’indagine di Pulsee Luce e Gas Index, uno strumento di analisi sulle abitudini sostenibili degli italiani sviluppato con NielsenIQ, risulta che gli italiani non sono particolarmente interessati o informati riguardo al potenziale green delle proprie case. Infatti, se la stragrande maggioranza degli intervistati ovvero il 90% ha sentito parlare dei bonus edilizi e incentivi statali, solo il 24% afferma di essere sufficientemente informato e il 75% dichiara di non aver mai usato uno dei bonus statali per ristrutturare la propria abitazione. Scarsa conoscenza del tema che si ritrova anche con riferimento a classe energetica delle abitazioni e Attestato di prestazione energetica (Ape): il 60% non conosce la classe energetica della propria casa, mentre quasi la metà del campione (46%) non ha idea di cosa sia l’Ape. La scarsa conoscenza del proprio contesto abitativo si riflette anche in altre risposte raccolte dall’indagine, da cui si evidenzia, ad esempio, che il 40% degli interpellati non conosce la tipologia di tetto o copertura della propria casa, mentre neanche un terzo degli immobili è dotato di un cappotto termico isolante. Tornando ai bonus edilizi, dunque, solo un quarto degli italiani ha utilizzato bonus e incentivi statali per l’efficientamento energetico della propria casa. Tra di loro, primeggiano il bonus ristrutturazione e il bonus caldaia, richiesti rispettivamente dal 36% e dal 35% di coloro che hanno usufruito delle agevolazioni fiscali, mentre il Superbonus si ferma al 19%, alle spalle di Ecobonus e Bonus casa (26%).
