"Il 30% degli over75 ha fragilità e patologie croniche - spiega Ungar - ma il 70% sta bene, fa sempre più attività sportiva anche se magari prende una pasticca per l'ipertensione. Sicuramente sono un modello per i giovani di oggi, sempre più obesi e sedentari che non arriveranno al traguardo degli 80 anni". Inoltre, "quando si parla di anziani si fa sempre riferimento alle Rsa, alla fragilità tipica della Terza età, alle malattie croniche legate all'invecchiamento.
