indeterminato. L'agricoltura è il comparto che predilige i contratti a termine, al contrario del commercio e dell'industria dove si preferisce assumere a tempo indeterminato. E nella comparazione dei territori, la provincia di Matera è decisamente più dinamica, della provincia di Potenza.Sono queste le principali caratteristiche riferite ai flussi legati all'andamento dell'occupazione in Basilicata evidenziate dall'Osservatorio del mercato del lavoro regionale per il triennio 2029/2022. I dati sono stati presentati nel corso di una conferenza stampa "Nel passato sono stati spesi soldi senza uno sguardo rivolto al futuro. Per la prima volta abbiamo a disposizione dati che sono significativi - ha spiegato l'assessore regionale alle Politiche di Sviluppo, Alessandro Galella - e ci indicano come spendere gli ingenti fondi che ci arriveranno con la programmazione dei prossimi sette anni di fondi europei". Esaminando il rapporto tra assunzioni e cessazioni del rapporto di lavoro, il 2021 segna la ripartenza dell'economia in Basilicata dopo il fermo dell'anno precedente dovuto al Covid. Nel 2022 la provincia di Matera continua nel trend positivo (+ 1880) già evidenziato nel 2019, effetto della nomina a Capitale europea della Cultura (+3056). Decisamente meno dinamica, invece, la provincia di Potenza, che nel 2022 chiude in negativo il rapporto tra assunti e licenziati (-542).Nello stesso anno sono stati stipulati 20 mila contratti a tempo determinato contro i 146 mila a tempo indeterminato. Per quanto riguarda la cessazione dei rapporti di lavoro nel 2022 sono cessati 18 mila contratti a tempo indeterminato "per giustificato motivo oggettivo"."Al di là dei pareri campati in aria è da questi dati che dobbiamo partire. Il nostro progetto ora è quello di interpretare i dati con l'aiuto degli esperti, cosa che faremo a stretto giro, per assumere le decisioni più idonee e aderenti alla realtà. Una delle criticità è sicuramente la forte disparità che traspare nelle aree del territorio. Abbiamo la possibilità di capire quali sono gli elementi che incidono negativamente su questo quadro e intervenire con investimenti mirati. Nello stesso modo possiamo pensare a progetti e incentivi da attivare negli altri settori più "critici" e a bandi per il reinserimento dei lavoratori dai 45 ai 53 anni, fascia di età in cui il numero dei cessati sopravanza il numero degli avviati".Alla conferenza stampa ha partecipato Marco Velludo, project manager della Ett spa, società che gestisce il sistema operativo dell'Osservatorio.
