celesteinteressata da uno "stato di diffuso degrado". Sullabase di tutto ciò, e considerato che nella Vela celeste "sonoevidenziate criticità ascrivibili alla mancanza di elementiessenziali per la sicurezza che determinano pericolo per lapubblica e privata incolumità", il dirigente del servizioPolitiche della casa del Comune ha chiesto al sindaco di emanarel'ordinanza.Questa vieta a chiunque di accedere o permanere nel complessodi proprietà del Comune "per motivi urgenti e contingibili disicurezza pubblica a causa dei rischi che minacciano la pubblicae privata incolumità e per garantire la sicurezza urbana".
