Lunedì scorso a Southport un ragazzo di origine ruandese ma nato e cresciuto in Galles ha ucciso tre bambine. Falso nome, falsa descrizione, allarmi inventati di sana pianta, ma in molti ci hanno creduto e a Southport è stata anche attaccata una moschea.Il premier britannico laburista Keir Starmer ha chiesto ai social media di agire per bloccare le fake news e l'odio fomentato online, promettendo nuove misure contro le persone animatrici delle proteste già note alle forze dell'ordine.Intanto nella vicina Liverpool dove si teme l'attacco a una moschea locale, gli abitanti si sono riuniti per sostenere la comunità islamica."Non voglio vedere fascisti in strada per questo sono qui" dice per esempio Karen. "È terribile quello che è successo a Southport, ma vengono qui per strumentalizzarlo, uccidere e bruciare una moschea, non sono i benvenuti"."Sono qui in solidarietà con un'altra comunità, con i miei vicini" dice Daniel.
