deliberato dalla Giunta regionale della Sardegna lo scorso 30 luglio, e la conseguente delega al Direttore generale della protezione civile del coordinamento delle operazioni da intraprendere per farvi fronte, stamattina, presso la sede della protezione civile regionale, d'intesa con l'Assessore della difesa dell'ambiente, lo stesso Direttore generale ha convocato il Comitato Operativo Regionale (COR). Lo rende noto la Regione Sardegna.Il 7 agosto si sono svolte due riunioni con i sindaci dei Comuni maggiormente colpiti dall'emergenza, quelli della Baronia e dell'Ogliastra, alle quali hanno preso parte anche le strutture regionali e territoriali coinvolte.Scopo della convocazione del COR è stato quello di fare il punto sulle azioni finora intraprese e quelle da avviare, e illustrare i contenuti dell'Ordinanza numero 1 del 5 agosto 2024 del Direttore generale della protezione civile, nella quale viene innanzitutto delimitato il territorio interessato dalla situazione di deficit idrico in atto; nella stessa ordinanza, infatti, sono stati individuati 69 Comuni, ai quali se ne aggiungono altri 18. Nel documento sono contenute anche indicazioni e modalità per l'approvvigionamento di acqua potabile delle utenze domestiche e delle aziende agro-zootecniche in crisi idrica, dedicate ai Comuni e ai Consorzi di bonifica ricadenti nell'area interessata dall'emergenza.Durante la riunione del Comitato Operativo Regionale, l'assessora della difesa dell'ambiente, Rosanna Laconi, ha anticipato che l'assestamento del bilancio regionale appena approvato prevede nuove risorse da dedicare all'emergenza per un importo pari a 10 milioni, e ha evidenziato l'importanza della pianificazione futura per quanto riguarda la gestione delle risorse idriche.Il direttore generale, Mauro Merella, ha poi dato la parola ai rappresentanti dell'Agenzia Regionale del Distretto Idrografico, delle Direzioni generali dell'assessorato dei lavori pubblici e dell'agricoltura, dell'Ente di Governo dell'Ambito Sardegna, delle Prefetture di Nuoro, Sassari, Oristano e Cagliari, del Corpo forestale e di vigilanza ambientale, dell'Agenzia Forestas, dell'Ente Acque della Sardegna, di LAORE, ANCI, Abbanoa, dei Consorzi di bonifica della Sardegna Centrale, dell'Ogliastra e della Sardegna meridionale, di Coldiretti e CoopAgri e della Rappresentanza regionale del Volontariato. Ognuno per quanto di propria competenza, ha condiviso le criticità e assicurato la massima disponibilità - si legge in una nota - per la loro risoluzione.In particolare, è stato evidenziato che, allo stato attuale, per quando riguarda le utenze domestiche, nonostante alcune restrizioni, la situazione appare sotto controllo fino alla fine dell'anno. Per il comparto zootecnico, invece, sono necessari ulteriori interventi."A questo fine - si legge ancora nella nota -, il direttore generale e l'assessore hanno preannunciato una richiesta di intervento da parte dell'Esercito non solo per fare fronte alla difficoltà nel reperimento di autobotti, vista anche la concomitanza della stagione antincendio boschivo, ma anche per la messa a disposizione di mezzi per il trasporto dell'acqua nelle zone più difficili da raggiungere.
