indispensabile. La desertificazione bancaria, infatti, non è solo una conseguenza alle riorganizzazioni degli istituti di credito; per i territori è un vero problema perché sono ridimensionati i servizi al cittadino e depauperata la rete dei punti di riferimento delle comunità.
