dei veterani della guerra d'indipendenza del Bangladesh nel 1971. Molti sostengono che questo sistema favorisca la Lega Awami, il partito della premier Sheikh Hasina, quello che guido' il movimento per l'indipendenza. Nonostante sotto la guida di Hasina negli ultimi 15 anni l'economia sia cresciuta tantissimo, non si e' tradotta in posti di lavoro per i laureati, costretti spessi ad emigrare.
