Le caratteristiche deldesign delle piattaforme con effetti di dipendenza mettono arischio il benessere degli utenti. La decisione di oggi invia anche un chiaro messaggioall'intero settore dei social media", ha sottolineato la vicepresidente della Commissione Ue Margrethe Vestager. "Abbiamoottenuto il ritiro permanente del programma TikTok Lite Rewards,che avrebbe potuto avere conseguenze molto coinvolgenti. La Dsaè in pieno svolgimento", ha aggiunto il commissario ThierryBreton.La decisione odierna rende questi impegni giuridicamentevincolanti, il che significa che qualsiasi violazione degliimpegni equivarrebbe immediatamente a una violazione della Dsa epotrebbe quindi portare a multe.
