(askanews) - Generali ha chiuso il primo semestre 2024 con un risultato netto di Gruppo in calo a 2,052 miliardi di euro da 2,243 miliardi del primo semestre 2023 (-8,5%). L'utile netto normalizzato, rende noto un comunicato della compagnia, è stato pari a 2.025 milioni, con un calo del 13,1% dovuto in particolare a utili non ricorrenti realizzati e altri one-off del primo semestre 2023. Escludendo tali effetti, l'utile netto normalizzato risulterebbe stabile (2,33 mld nei primi sei mesi 2023). In continuo aumento, invece, il risultato operativo, che si è attestato a 3,7 miliardi (+1,6%), principalmente grazie al contributo dei segmenti Vita e Asset & Wealth Management. Nel primo semestre 20204, i premi lordi di Generali sono risultati "in significativo aumento" a 50,1 miliardi di euro (+20,4%), grazie al forte sviluppo dei segmenti Vita (+26,6% a 32,722 miliardi) e Danni (+10,5% a 17,419 miliardi). La raccolta netta Vita si è attestata a 5,1 miliardi, "interamente guidata dalle linee puro rischio e malattia e unit-linked". Il New Business Value è cresciuto a 1,289 miliardi (+3,7%).
