Quanto alle carenze dei farmaci, "è un problema che si è acutizzato dal 2021 per diversi problemi, abbiamo anche una popolazione che si invecchia, ma la carenza va vista in un contesto globale. Abbiamo in Aifa - ricorda il ministro - un tavolo che si occupa di carenze di farmaci e scambiamo informazione con altri Stati, ma in Italia occorre bilanciare questo problema con l'uso dei farmaci equivalenti - suggerisce - che sono sottoutilizzati rispetto ad altri Paesi Ue". Però serve anche una "visione globale, facendo capire che, se un farmaco manca, lo si può cercare in altri Paesi in Europa.
