Lo ha annunciato conun video su Instagram.In Umbria la legislatura della Regione terminerà a fineottobre e le elezioni non sono state ancora fissate. Ilcentrodestra ha già annunciato la ricandidatura della presidenteuscente Donatella Tesei, Lega, mentre il centrosinistra non haancora indicato un nome. Ap aveva ufficializzato la candidaturadi Riccardo Corridore, vicesindaco a Terni, che però ha fatto unpasso indietro. Quindi l'annuncio della candidatura diBandecchi.Bandecchi ha parlato di "politica estremamente fluida" inUmbria e di una "strategia estremamente intelligente" diCorridore in accordo con lui. "La vera novità - ha quindisostenuto - è che il candidato alle regionali per l'Umbria saràStefano Bandecchi, cioè sarò io. Alternativa popolare andrà dasola perché il centrodestra non riesce a maturare un'idea comunee c'è un terrore incomprensibile verso Ap. Noi non possiamoandare con la sinistra che parte da un Pd abbastanza moderato mapoi arriva a degli estremisti che non hanno ragione di esistere,grillini, verdi e sinistra... gente che ha idee poco chiare erovina la politica nazionale. Il voto utile tutti quelli didestra lo potranno dare a Stefano Bandecchi e ad Alternativapopolare. Serve semplicemente un autista, lo stesso che guidabenissimo Terni. Una grande avventura contro la destra e controla sinistra".Riguardo alle regionali, Bandecchi ha parlato di "una destrache vuole ricandidare l'uscente presidente che certo non habrillato nella creazione di ospedali ternani e in nessunrapporto che esiste in tutta l'Umbria". "Una candidataimproponibile - ha aggiunto - e che farebbe bene a dimettersi inmodo che il centrodestra potesse avere anche la possibilità dicandidare Bandecchi perché se no come Ap lo faremo sicuramenteperdere. Tutti coloro che sono di destrain Umbria devono riflettere e sapere che se vogliono un moderatoe un uomo di centro al comando devono scegliere semplicementeBandecchi.
