media superiori alle 600mila unità.E' quanto emerge dall'analisi del Monitor "Il mercato dellavoro in Italia, tra record e mismatch", realizzato da AreaStudi Legacoop e Prometeia.Le difficoltà di reclutamento lavoratori sono già evidenti:nel 2023 il 40% delle imprese dei servizi e il 9% delle impresemanifatturiere segnalava la mancanza di lavoratori come unostacolo alla produzione. Il tasso di posti vacanti (unindicatore della domanda di lavoro) è in crescita dal 2013. Iltrend della domanda di lavoratori a basso livello di istruzione,però, specifica il rapporto, ha cominciato a crescere piùrapidamente rispetto al trend della domanda di lavoratori conlivelli di istruzione più elevati. I primi costituiscono più del50% della domanda, ma l'offerta non riesce a tenere il passo.Per i lavoratori ad alto livello di istruzione, il problema èinvece il disallineamento tra la loro specializzazione e quellarichiesta dal mercato. Ad esempio, se per discipline economiche,ingegneria e architettura, scienze dell'educazione l'offerta dinuovi laureati non riesce a coprire la domanda, per medicina efarmacia il mismatch è quasi nullo, mentre il rapporto siinverte per le discipline umanistiche, in scienze politiche esociali e in lingue straniere (con un'offerta che è quasi iltriplo della domanda) e in psicologia (offerta quasi quadruplarispetto alla domanda).
