(askanews) - Il governatore della regione di Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkov, ha confermato sul suo canale Telegram che è stata lanciata una "operazione anti-terrorismo" in tre regioni confinanti con l'Ucraina per fermare l'incursione a Kursk, la più grande offensiva transfrontaliera di Kiev in due anni e mezzo di conflitto."La scorsa notte, il Comitato nazionale antiterrorismo russo ha introdotto un regime di operazioni antiterrorismo sul territorio delle regioni di Kursk, Bryansk e Belgorod. Ciò significa che a partire da oggi ci saranno restrizioni separate sui movimenti. Ci saranno controlli dei documenti dove c'è una minaccia di atti terroristici", ha spiegato nel video.La Russia ha schierato ulteriori truppe ed equipaggiamenti, inclusi carri armati, lanciarazzi e unità aeree per fermare l'avanzata delle truppe ucraine. L'operazione anti-terrorismo, secondo Mosca, serve a garantire "la sicurezza dei cittadini" e a contrastare "la minaccia di atti terroristici compiuti dai gruppi di sabotatori del nemico".In base alla legge russa, durante le operazioni "anti-terrorisimo" vengono conferiti ampi poteri di emergenza alle forze di sicurezza e ai militari.
