riciclaggiorelativa ai trasferimenti di denaro finalizzati all'acquistodell'appartamento di Montecarlo, consistito, come contestato,nell'aver autorizzato la vendita della casa di Montecarlo'proposta da Giancarlo Tuliani' "nella consapevolezzadell'incongruità del presso rispetto al valore di mercato e afavore della società offshore dei congiunti". È quanto si leggenelle motivazioni della sentenza con cui i giudici del Tribunaledi Roma hanno condannato, il 30 aprile scorso, l'ex presidentedella Camera a due anni e otto mesi per l'accusa di riciclaggionella vicenda legata alla vendita della casa di Montecarlo.I giudici affermano che "è risultato con certezza che Fini nel2008 si adoperò per introdurre il 'cognato' (Giancarlo Tullianindr) in ambienti dai quali potesse trarre fonti di guadagno. Tulliani infatti era privo di un solido profilo professionale ele società che a lui facevano capo, compresa la Wind Rosepresieduta dal padre Sergio Tulliani, non erano più attive oerano state volontariamente liquidate". Nel ricostruire lavicenda il tribunale aggiunge che "nello stesso arco di tempo,su insistenza di Giancarlo Tulliani e della sorella, Fini sideterminò a vendere l'appartamento di boulevard PrincesseCharlotte, 14 in Montecarlo, che il partito aveva ricevuto ineredità dalla contessa Colleoni, nonostante la decisionecontraria assunta in precedenza dal partito. Ciò accadde per leinsistenze dei due fratelli, come precisato dallo stesso Fini".Nelle motivazioni si afferma che "risulta quindi che Finiautorizzò la vendita della casa di boulevard PrincesseCharlotte, 14 in Montecarlo proprio perché il 'cognato' erainteressato all'acquisto. Risulta altresì che, contrariamente aquanto aveva fatto in occasione dell'acquisizione dell'immobile,lasciando al senatore Pontone completa autonomia, in occasionedella vendita Fini gesti personalmente le trattative fisando ilprezzo in 300.000 euro". L'ex presidente della Camera "infattiera ben consapevole che il 'cognato' aveva un forte interessenell'affare" e per questo, scrivono i giudici, "deve risponderedi tale segmento di condotta del riciclaggio". Per il tribunaleil procedimento "non ha invece fornito alcun riscontroall'ipotesi accusatoria secondo cui il contributo materiale"dell'ex presidente della Camera "sarebbe consistito altresinello stringere intesa con Francesco Corallo e nel favorirel'instaurazione e la prosecuzione di rapporti finanziari tracostui ed i membri della famiglia Tulliani".
