regionale, alposto dei quattro provinciali. Questo l'annuncio di MarcoMarsilio, confermato presidente della Regione Abruzzo, nel suodiscorso all'Emiciclo, in occasione della prima seduta della XIIlegislatura che si è conclusa oggi all'Aquila. Già nella passatalegislatura, Marsilio aveva depositato una proposta di legge dimodifica dello statuto, mai arrivata in aula, anche per mancanzadei tempi tecnici con l'avvicinarsi del fine mandato e delleelezioni. Ora per il presidente sarà invece una priorità: "Nellapassata legislatura evidentemente non erano mature lecondizioni, ma non mi sono arreso. Ora mancano cinque anni alleprossime elezioni ed è giusto porre questo tema al centro nelprimo giorno della legislatura". Perché la norma va "approvatail prima possibile, e migliorerà da subito la qualità dellalegislazione. Tutti gli assessori hanno un appartenenzaterritoriale, San Salvo, Trasacco, Corropoli, L'Aquila, Pescarae così via, e saranno indotti a non fare gli assessori dellaloro città né della loro provincia. Dovranno invece essereassessori al servizio dell'intera comunità abruzzese, perché adessa, con il collegio unico, dovranno poi rispondere. E aggiungoanche che i consiglieri dovranno essere al servizio dell'interacomunità abruzzese"."Consiglieri e assessori - conclude il presidente- nondevono fare i sindacalisti del piccolo territorio, contro ilresto dell'Abruzzo.
