"Ogaden". Al Generale di Corpo d'Armata Antonio de Vita, che aveva assunto il comando il 21 luglio 2023, subentra il Generale di Corpo d'Armata Marco Minicucci.Il Generale de Vita lascia il servizio attivo dopo 45 anni di vita militare al servizio dello Stato, concludendo la carriera militare a Napoli dove aveva già retto in passato l'incarico di Comandante del Nucleo Investigativo e, successivamente, di Comandante Provinciale.All'avvicendamento, svoltosi di fronte ad un reparto di formazione schierato in armi nel "Cortile d'Onore" della storica caserma "Salvo D'Acquisto", è intervenuto il Comandante Generale dell'Arma, Generale di Corpo d'Armata Teo Luzi.Presente, inoltre, una folta rappresentanza di Carabinieri dei reparti territoriali operanti nelle aree poste sotto la responsabilità dell'Interregionale "Ogaden", nonché i rappresentanti delle Associazioni Professionali a carattere sindacale tra militari e commilitoni in congedo dell'A. N.C. e dell'A.N. For.Nelle ore che hanno preceduto la cerimonia, il Generale de Vita ha reso onore al Vice Brigadiere Salvo D'Acquisto, medaglia d'Oro al Valor Militare "alla memoria", deponendo un cuscino di fiori presso la tomba dell'Eroe nella Basilica di Santa Chiara.Nel corso del saluto di commiato il Generale Antonio de Vita ha prima di tutto rivolto un pensiero commosso a chi ha sacrificato la propria vita per l'Arma e per il nostro amato Paese, ai tanti commilitoni feriti in servizio e a tutte le famiglie colpite nei loro affetti. Ha inoltre ricordato le ultime vittime, il maresciallo Francesco Pastore e il carabiniere Francesco Ferraro, deceduti nell'espletamento del servizio il 6 aprile scorso. Di seguito ha ringraziato tutti i Carabinieri del Comando Interregionale "Ogaden" per l'impegno, la professionalità e l'abnegazione quotidianamente profusi a favore delle comunità locali e per gli importanti risultati ottenuti nell'azione di prevenzione e repressione di ogni forma di illegalità.A sua volta, il Generale Minicucci ha espresso soddisfazione per l'alta carica conferitagli, assicurando il massimo impegno al fine di continuare l'opera del generale de Vita per sostenere l'attività dell'Arma dei Carabinieri nelle Regioni Campania, Abruzzo, Basilicata, Molise e Puglia. Ha inoltre sottolineato la forte emozione nel rientrare a Napoli dopo 10 anni, allorquando ha lasciato il Comando Provinciale del capoluogo partenopeo.
