Quel giorno finirono in manette altre 36 persone ritenute contigue al clan Abbinante e indagati a vario titolo per associazione per delinquere di tipo mafioso finalizzata a commettere reati di tentata estorsione e traffico di stupefacenti nell’area nord di Napoli.La svolta questa notte quando i carabinieri del nucleo investigativo del comando provinciale partenopeo, con il supporto dei carabinieri della compagnia Stella, hanno rintracciato il 47enne a Giugliano in Campania (Napoli) mentre percorreva via Ripuaria a bordo di un minicooper giallo con altre 2 persone incensurate. I carabinieri hanno bloccato l’auto con a bordo il 47enne non prima di aver fermato un’altra auto che fungeva da staffetta e nella quale c’erano altre due persone, anche loro incensurate.I militari dell’Arma - grazie ad una complessa attività di indagine di web patrolling, attività tecniche e tradizionali - una volta preso il latitante hanno individuato e raggiunto il covo dove il 47enne si nascondeva: una villetta a Castel Volturno in provincia di Caserta. Lì i carabinieri hanno trovato altre due persone, anche loro incensurate, rinvenendo e sequestrando 500 grammi di marijuana, la somma contante di 9.920 euro, un lampeggiante, manette, finte palette delle forze dell’ordine e infine alcune parti di uniformi simili alle forze di polizia. L’arrestato è stato trasferito nel carcere di Secondigliano a disposizione dell’Autorità giudiziaria.
