I relativi introiti sono destinati a essere ripartiti per iprogetti a mare e per i progetti su terraferma.Viene poi attribuito all'Istituto superiore per la protezionee la ricerca ambientale (Ispra - Servizio geologico d'Italia) ilcompito di elaborare il Programma nazionale di esplorazione,sulla base di una convenzione stipulata con il ministero delleimprese e del made in Italy e il ministero dell'ambiente e dellasicurezza energetica. Il ministero delle imprese e del made inItaly è inoltre tenuto a provvedere al monitoraggio delle catenedel valore strategiche, alla misurazione del fabbisognonazionale e alla conduzione di prove di stress: per raggiungerequesti obiettivi arriva il Registro nazionale delle aziende edelle catene del valore strategiche.
