"Sia chiaro, a questa età non serve andare in palestra per fare i muscoli da culturista come Arnold Schwarzenegger - mette in guardia il geriatra - ma è sufficiente evitare l'ascensore, scendere dalla metropolitana o dal bus 2-3 fermate prima, fare le scale". Tutto questo, "abbinato ad un corretto stile di vita, aiuta ad invecchiare meglio e bene. Prima si inizia e maggiori saranno i risultati, sia in termini di funzionamento degli organi e degli apparati, non solo muscolare, sia in termini di invecchiamento attivo.
