con la presentazione di unemendamento all'assestamento di bilancio da parte del vicecapogruppo di Fdi Fausto Piga, ampiamente annunciato nei giorniscorsi, nel quale si chiede la cancellazione della norma volutadallo stesso centrodestra e ora utilizzata dalla Giunta Toddeper la costruzione degli staff. "Abbiamo voluto quella legge asuo tempo e crediamo sia utile, ma vogliamo sia chiaro che anchevoi dopo aver gridato allo scandalo per mesi, ora avete cambiatoposizione e dopo averci accusato ora la ritenete utile e lautilizzate anche voi", ha incalzato Giuseppe Talanas di ForzaItalia.Nessuno nelle fila della maggioranza, in particolare tra ibanchi del M5s, strenuo oppositore del provvedimento dellagiunta Solinas, ha accolto l'invito dell'opposizione aintervenire per "ammettere la bontà di quella legge". Dal cantosuo l'assessora del Personale Mariaelena Motzo ha volutoprecisare "di non avere avuto nulla a che fare con la precedentelegislatura, ma di aver applicato una norma vigente perricoprire alcune, non tutte, tra le figure necessarie. Gliassessori - ha chiarito - non possono lavorare da soli, ma ilnostro obiettivo è spendere con rigore le risorse pubbliche,senza sprechi e in un'ottica di buon senso".L'emendamento è stato respinto con 29 voti contrari e lascelta del centrodestra di astenersi: "abbiamo già votato afavore di quella legge una volta, ora tocca a voi", avevadichiarato Piga poco prima della votazione.
