oltreche per finanziamento illecito. E' quanto emerge dagli attidepositati per il processo all'ex governatore della RegioneLiguria Giovanni Toti, l'imprenditore Aldo Spinelli e l'expresidente dell'Autorità portuale Paolo Emilio Signorini.La vicenda è quella degli spot elettorali trasmessi sul maxischermo di Terrazza Colombo e pagati da Esselunga in cambiodella velocizzazione delle pratiche per l'apertura di nuovisupermercati a Sestri Ponente e Savona. Per quella Toti èindagato anche lui per corruzione e finanziamento illecito. Secondo gli investigatoti Toti (insieme a Matteo Cozzani, excapo di gabinetto la cui posizione è finita nel fascicolo bis)"accettavano la promessa di Francesco Moncada (alloraconsigliere di amministrazione di Esselunga) avente ad oggettol'erogazione di un finanziamento illecito rappresentato dalpagamento occulto di alcuni passaggi pubblicitari sul pannelloesposto sulla Terrazza Colombo per la campagna elettorale delleelezioni comunali del 12.6.22 e comunquesuccessivamente ne ricevevano l'effettiva erogazione (avente unvalore commerciale di circa 55.600 euro)".Nel dettaglio, continuano gli inquirenti, "Moncada, inaccordo con Rossi, Cozzani e Toti, prometteva di concludere epoi concludeva un contratto di pubblicità che formalmenteavrebbe dovuto pubblicizzare solo Esselunga ma che, in realtà,avrebbe pubblicizzato anche la campagna elettorale della listaLiguria al Centro Toti per Bucci". Secondo il legale di Rossi,l'avvocato Nicola Scodnik, "si tratta di una contestazioneschizofrenica, tenuto conto che nelle imputazioni ufficialioggetto del giudizio immediato si può leggere senza tema dismentita che Rossi, al contrario, non è in alcun modoresponsabile di corruzione.
