Poi una rissa che coinvolge numerose persone, appartenenti alla comunità bulgara stanziata da anni a Mondragone, comune della provincia di Caserta. Scene che il sindaco Francesco Lavagna non esita a definire di "violenza urbana". L'episodio, ripreso da alcuni residenti tramite uno smartphone, è accaduto ieri sera, alle 20 circa, nel pieno centro cittadino.Per il sindaco l'accaduto ha "acuito il diffuso senso di insicurezza e abbandono in larghi strati della società civile", si legge in una lettera inviata nell'immediatezza dei fatti al prefetto di Caserta Giuseppe Castaldo.
