vicepresidente di Banca Mediolanum, e l'attore Massimo Ghini. La visione di alcune immagini del film "Ennio Doris - C'è anche domani", durante l'evento speciale della rassegna Giffoni Next Generation di Giffoni Innovation Hub, "Il costruttore di sogni", è diventata uno spunto di riflessione sull'importanza di alimentare grandi sogni e inseguirli con determinazione senza mai sacrificare i propri valori.Tra immagini di repertorio, frame del film e il racconto di Sara Doris è emersa in maniera chiara la figura di Ennio Doris che, pur partendo da umili origini nel Veneto degli anni '50, è riuscito a fondare, anni dopo, Banca Mediolanum. Un esempio per i ragazzi della Gen-Z, spesso costretti a volare basso a causa del disincanto degli adulti e delle insicurezze del presente. La capacità di sognare come valore condiviso da tramandare di padre in figlio e di generazione in generazione, il dovere di promuovere l'etica aziendale e la bellezza della condivisione, tutto in un evento speciale che ha coinvolto la platea. "Essere sognatori - così Sara Doris - non significa chiudere gli occhi per non vedere i problemi, le difficoltà o le storture che accadono nel mondo potendo così restare tranquilli nella propria zona di confort. Essere sognatori significa vedere benissimo la realtà delle cose ma senza scoraggiarsi, anzi adoperandosi per migliorarla. Io sono cresciuta in una famiglia dove realizzare i propri sogni è sempre stato essenziale.
