possibilità ai residenti di usufruire di un collegamento veloce e diretto e ai turisti di scoprire le bellezze del territorio, godendo di uno spettacolare panorama sul Lario e le Prealpi lombarde.Già nelle prime ore della mattina è stato intenso il flusso di viaggiatori, turisti e abitanti dei due comuni, che hanno utilizzato il servizio. Alle ore 15 i passeggeri conteggiati superavano già quota 300. Il servizio di funivia tra Argegno e Pigra è attivo dalle 10 alle 18 i venerdì, sabato, domenica e festivi. In occasione della riapertura, la funivia eccezionalmente farà servizio anche nelle giornate di martedì 13 e mercoledì 14 agosto.Atm si è aggiudicata la gestione del servizio a seguito dell'avviso pubblico di manifestazione di interesse da parte dell'Agenzia del Trasporto Pubblico Locale del bacino di Como, Lecco e Varese.
