Dopo una prima diffida da parte della donna, tramite i suoilegali coordinati dall'avvocata Filomena Gallo, segretarianazionale dell'Associazione Luca Coscioni, la Commissione medicadella Asl avrebbe visitato la signora due volte, senza fornirela valutazione sulla sussistenza delle condizioni e le modalitàper procedere, incluso il parere del comitato etico competente.Dopo una seconda diffida all'azienda sanitaria, evidenziandocome la recente sentenza della Corte costituzionale abbiachiarito che il servizio sanitario deve intervenire"prontamente" per assicurare lo svolgimento dell'iter di accessoal suicidio assistito, la Asl ha comunicato che la relazionemedica è stata inviata al comitato etico.La donna, che come fa sapere l'Associazione Luca Coscioni,è in possesso di tutti i requisiti previsti dalla sentenza dellaConsulta, ha comunque deciso di andare in Svizzera.
