Premetto che il governo sta dando più di quanto non abbia il dovere di dare. I Campi Flegrei è uno dei vulcani più complessi e pericolosi al mondo, c'è ed ha tutte le potenzialità di un vulcano - continua Musumeci - Man mano che si va avanti emergono gravissime responsabilità che sono remote e meno remote, sono responsabilità omissive e commissive che coinvolgono tutti gli enti territoriali. Lo sviluppo urbanistico autorizzato negli anni appare sempre più irragionevole e disordinato, l'abusivismo edilizio è diffuso e chi doveva vigilare non lo ha fatto e si è voltato dall'altra parte"."Dobbiamo intervenire innanzitutto sull'edilizia pubblica - prosegue Musumeci - questo è l'obiettivo che ci siamo posti, sono previsti interventi sull'edilizia pubblica e sulle infrastrutture pubbliche e viarie, sull'edilizia scolastica, sui servizi essenziali che sono quelli che risentono maggiormente del sollevamento del suolo. Abbiamo previsto 440 milioni circa". Musumeci chairisce: "Ci auguriamo che quello delle case abusive sia un fenomeno assolutamente marginale, qualcuno solleva dei dubbi che possono apparire legittimi. Il governo non intende tirare fuori un quattrino per le case abusive e per le seconde case. Questo per essere chiari e per non alimentare facili attese"."Per l'edilizia privata che ha determinato l'inagibilità di circa 350-400 edifici, stiamo intervenendo per questi sei mesi di quest'anno con 20 milioni di euro, non ci limitiamo a riparare la lesione provocata dal sisma ma prevediamo la riqualificazione dell'immobile - conclude Musumeci - 20 milioni per quest'anno, vediamo cosa resta da realizzare e in legge di bilancio prevederemo altre risorse, prevediamo gli interventi da svilupparsi per almeno un arco di 3 anni.
