Ovviamente è alcolica, quindi bisogna stare attenti, non superare mai le dosi", continua Vestita che racconta: "Sappiamo che le prime viti furono piantate nella Georgia, vicino alla Russia, 15 mila anni fa per il vino. Ma sappiamo anche che gli egizi usavano la birra già 20 mila anni fa: è una bevanda antichissima". Per quanto riguarda i benefici è "diuretica, depurativa, disintossicante. Con caratteristiche diverse a seconda dei vari tipi di birra.
