Sono difficoltose da diagnosticare, possono avere un impatto significativo sulla salute di organi vitali come reni, polmoni e cuore; nonché sulla vita dei pazienti.Per loro è nata l'Associazione Italiana Vasculiti ANCA-Associate - A.I.V.A.
