Con queste parole il governatore Massimiliano Fedriga ha presentato a Trieste, insieme all'assessore regionale alla Salute Riccardo Riccardi, il Laboratorio Sanità 20/30 sull'intelligenza artificiale che si terrà il 27 e 28 giugno a Villa Manin.Un appuntamento che, come ha reso noto Riccardi, ha l'adesione di 110 aziende, 700 professionisti della salute e oltre 1. 100 partecipanti. Tra i grandi soggetti sono presenti - ha ricordato il governatore - AstraZeneca e Google."L'irrompere sulla scena dell'intelligenza artificiale - ha spiegato Fedriga - mostra come il problema non sia solo quello dell'entità delle risorse che si mettono a disposizione del sistema sanitario ma di come vengono impiegate e delle innovazioni di processo che vengono adottate". La due giorni vedrà anche la convocazione della Commissione Sanità della Conferenza delle Regioni, a riprova della valenza nazionale del laboratorio. "Saranno affrontati i temi del trattamento e del monitoraggio delle patologie, della sorveglianza della salute pubblica e della crescita del sistema - ha rilevato Riccardi - e sarà scandagliato l'aspetto etico: la macchina supporta l'uomo ma non lo sostituisce". Da questo punto di vista, uno dei versanti da approfondire è la conciliazione dati/privacy."L'applicazione dell'intelligenza artificiale in sanità segna una svolta che si rivelerà irreversibile e che ha risvolti importanti in termini di efficienza, a vantaggio di chi viene curato e di chi cura", ha osservato Fedriga.
