Toddedi assestamento di Bilancio: muove circa 250 milioni per il 2024e 300 per il triennio 24-27. Il provvedimento assegna le risorsea disposizione immediatamente per rimodulare finanziamenti intutti i settori.La fetta più consistente, anche alla luce degli emendamenti edelle modifiche che nella settimana di discussione hannoconsentito di aumentare il tesoretto a disposizione da 190 a 250milioni per l'anno in corso, resta destinata a personale, sanitàe trasporti. Su sanità e politiche sociali gli interventiprincipali hanno riguardato gli oltre 5 milioni di euro perl'acquisto di prestazioni sanitarie e ospedaliere dai privatiaccreditati così da abbattere le liste d'attesa, oltre a misureper l'assistenza domiciliare e la salute mentale. E poi la siccità con circa 20 milioni di euro e 30all'agricoltura, sempre per affrontare l'emergenza che stamettendo in ginocchio le campagne sarde. "E' una manovratempestiva, che tiene conto delle emergenze e che dà risposte aisardi, siamo molto soddisfatti perché l'obiettivo di poterimmettere nel sistema economico della Sardegna queste risorseprima della pausa estiva è stato raggiunto - ha commentato altermine dei lavori il vice presidente della Giunta e assessoredella Programmazione Giuseppe Meloni -. Era importante, nonvolevamo attendere ottobre perché ritenevamo che ci fosserodelle emergenze da aggredire, lo stiamo facendo e siamo moltosoddisfatti del lavoro che è stato fatto anche in Consiglio".Nel pacchetto ci sono anche 30 milioni per la"riorganizzazione delle partecipazioni strategiche nel settoredei trasporti aerei e per la realizzazione dei necessariinvestimenti", in pratica per dare la possibilità alla Regionedi acquistare delle quote della futura holding che gestirà i treaeroporti sardi. Fondi contestati dall'opposizione che chiedevachiarezza sulla loro destinazione, ma Meloni ha spiegato chesono necessari perché "l'operazione potrebbe sbloccarsi nel girodi poco tempo e noi dobbiamo essere pronti".Resta un avanzo di amministrazione di 530 milioni di euro, male risorse non potranno essere utilizzate prima del giudizio diparifica della Corte dei Conti. "Ci siamo portati avanti con lerisorse già disponibili che potevamo subito spendere eutilizzare, poi a ottobre - charisce l'assessore dellaProgrammazione - penseremo ad impegnare le altre risorse, perevitare che restino in cassa".
