Lo afferma Assoutenti, che ha realizzatoun'indagine basata sui dati definitivi dell'Istatsull'inflazione, per capire quali siano beni e servizi cheregistrano i maggiori rincari, e quelli invece il cui prezzoscende rispetto allo scorso anno. Per quanto riguarda il settore alimentare, l'olio d'olivarisulta il prodotto più rincarato a luglio, con prezzi inaumento in media del 35,4% su base annua, andamento del tuttoopposto a quello dell'olio di semi, i cui listini al dettaglioscendono del 12,5%, analizza l'associazione.Guardando ai prodotti e ai servizi stagionali, più legatialle vacanze, stupiscono le tariffe nel comparto aereo: chi haacquistato biglietti nel mese di luglio, infatti, ha speso inmedia il 15,6% in meno per i voli internazionali rispetto aluglio 2023, il 15,2% in meno per i voli nazionali e il 13,5% inmeno per i voli europei, "confermando le ultime analisi sulsettore che hanno evidenziato come oggi chi acquista unbiglietto aereo poco prima della partenza risparmiasensibilmente rispetto a chi lo compra con largo anticipo",sottolinea Assoutenti.
