Lo hanno scoperto gli investigatori della SezioneCriminalità diffusa della squadra mobile di Cagliari che hannoarrestato un 39enne per sfruttamento del lavoro nei confronti dialmeno cinque migranti richiedenti asilo ospiti del centro diaccoglienza temporaneo di Monastir, a una ventina di chilometridal capoluogo sardo.L'uomo, cagliaritano, titolare di un'azienda agricola aMonastir, nel Cagliaritano, dopo la convalida dell'arrestato èstato sottoposto alla misura dell'obbligo di firma. L'indaginelampo sul caporalato condotta dalla squadra mobile incollaborazione con il personale dell'Ispettorato del lavoro diCagliari e Oristano è scattata pochi giorni fa proprio a seguitodi una segnalazione ricevuta dall'ispettorato su presunteassunzioni irregolari, senza versamenti contributivi e senzasegnalare le retribuzioni, effettuate dal titolare dell'aziendaagricola di Monastir. Sono quindi stati avviati gli accertamentidella polizia che oltre agli appostamenti nella zona hanno ancheraccolto le testimonianze dei migranti.Sono così emerse le condizioni di sfruttamento: "Impiegogiornaliero di 8/10 ore con una breve pausa per il pranzo che illavoratore portava autonomamente, come anche l'acqua per bere -spiegano dalla polizia - assenza di materiale di protezioneindividuale e locali adeguati per le pause; retribuzionepalesemente difforme dai contratti collettivi a livellonazionale e comunque sproporzionato rispetto alla quantità equalità del lavoro prestato (paga esigua in busta e retribuzionedelle restanti spettanze a 5 euro l'ora ed in nero)".Il 26 luglio scorso è scattato il blitz nell'azienda agricolae sono stati scoperti cinque migranti che lavoravano nei campi,nel terreno anche il 39enne che è stato arrestato.
