(askanews) - Il Consiglio regionale della Campania, presieduto da Gennaro Oliviero, ha approvato, con 36 voti favorevoli dei consiglieri della maggioranza di centrosinistra, del Gruppo misto e del Movimento 5 Stelle, 9 voti contrari dei consiglieri del centrodestra e l'astensione del consigliere Raffaele Maria Pisacane (Azione-Per) la deliberazione consiliare per chiedere l'indizione del referendum abrogativo, ai sensi dell'articolo 75 della Costituzione, della Legge 26 giugno 2024 n. 86, attuativa dell'autonomia differenziata delle Regioni a Statuto Ordinario, ai sensi dell'articolo 116 terzo comma della Costituzione.La Campania è, dunque, la prima delle cinque regioni ad adottare la deliberazione consiliare al fine di depositare, come previsto dall'art. 75 della Costituzione, la richiesta di referendum abrogativo della Legge di iniziativa governativa con la quale si prevedono le procedure per l'attuazione del regionalismo differenziato.
