perinottemperanza ad un provvedimento del 2018 dell'Autorità.Si tratta - spiega l'Autorità - della seconda inottemperanzaper Radiotaxi 3570 "che non si è impegnata a riconoscere aitassisti soci la possibilità di accettare, nei momenti in cui cisia capacità produttiva eccedente, le chiamate provenienti dapiattaforme terze, senza l'intermediazione obbligata dellapiattaforma proprietaria ItTaxi". In particolare, l'Autorità non ha ritenuto idonea la misuragrazie alla quale i tassisti di Radiotaxi 3570 avrebbero potutoliberare la capacità produttiva inutilizzata solo a favore dellepiattaforme che avessero sottoscritto accordi diinteroperabilità con la piattaforma ItTaxi. In questo modo sisarebbe attribuito alla stessa cooperativa la scelta dellepiattaforme per le quali i tassisti avrebbero potuto operare,definendone anche le condizioni economiche. Dovrebbero inveceessere i singoli tassisti a individuare direttamente lepiattaforme di intermediazione cui rendere disponibile lapropria capacità eccedente. Solo in questo modo, scrivel'Autorità garante per la concorrenza ed il mercato, possonoessere garantite, infatti, adeguate condizioni di apertura delmercato dei servizi di intermediazione della domanda di taxialla concorrenza di altre piattaforme.
