A partire dal 2025, le richieste di concessione inoltrate all'Ufficio Demanio Marittimo saranno sottoposte a un processo di valutazione comparativa che prenderà in considerazione fattori come la professionalità e l'adeguatezza dei concorrenti, tenendo conto di esperienze precedenti".
