tra diverse agenzie di controllo e la loro capacità di intervenire efficacemente per prevenire situazioni di pericolo e illegalità. Questi interventi non solo tutelano la comunità locale, ma preservano anche l'integrità del sistema legale e il corretto svolgimento delle attività commerciali. Il locale Biblò di Lonato del Garda è stato sequestrato a seguito di un controllo interforze effettuato da Polizia di Stato, Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza e SIAE, avvenuto nella notte del 28 luglio 2024. Il locale, balzato alla cronaca per una violenta rissa armata avvenuta il 21 luglio 2024, possedeva solo la licenza di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande, ma era utilizzato come una vera e propria discoteca abusiva con intrattenimento musicale e pista da ballo. Per questo motivo, pochi giorni dopo l'apertura, il titolare è stato diffidato dal Sindaco di Lonato a cessare l'attività non autorizzata di pubblico spettacolo e ogni altra attività di svago e intrattenimento. Tuttavia, l'ordine di cessazione non è stato ottemperato e infatti, al momento dell'accesso da parte delle forze dell'ordine, erano presenti diverse persone - molte delle quali con precedenti di polizia - che ballavano e bevevano sulle note suonate da un DJ senza licenza.
