in provincia di Novara: un uomo è stato fermato e una donna denunciata a piede libero e il movente sarebbe stato una vendetta dopo uno stupro. Nella giornata di ieri i carabinieri del nucleo investigativo del comando provinciale di Novara hanno notificato un fermo emesso dalla Procura di Novara nei confronti di D. N., 33 anni, celibe, con precedenti penali, ritenuto responsabile di omicidio volontario in concorso aggravato di F. C., il giovane di nazionalità marocchina, irregolare e senza fissa dimora, rinvenuto cadavere nei boschi. Per gli stessi reati, ma in stato di libertà, è stata denunciata la compagna del presunto omicida, D. F., 29 anni, che è stata ritenuta concorrente morale ai reati. L'uomo è stato condotto nella casa circondariale di Novara dove ieri è stato sottoposto a interrogatorio di garanzia del gip, che ha emesso la misura della custodia cautelare in carcere. I fatti, a quanto si apprende, sono da collocare nel contesto degradato dello spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti della zona.La donna, la sera del 24 luglio scorso dopo avere acquistato una dose di stupefacente da F. C., nei boschi oleggesi, sarebbe stata stuprata proprio da lui vicino al luogo in cui è stato poi ritrovato il cadavere del 28enne. La sera del 25 luglio l'arrestato, residente nella zona, a Castelletto Ticino, istigato alla vendetta dalla compagna, si sarebbe recato nel luogo di spaccio abituale del pusher, lo avrebbe avvicinato e lo avrebbe aggredito pugnalandolo a morte con un coltello.Secondo i carabinieri, fondamentali per la ricostruzione dei fatti sono state, oltre a procedure investigative di carattere tecnico, alcune testimonianze raccolte da persone che ha incontrato per strada l'arrestato mentre si allontanava frettolosamente dal luogo del delitto diretto verso la propria abitazione.
