(+23% rispetto al primo semestre 2023), la raccolta online in crescita del 41%, ricavi pari a 931,8 milioni (+14% e +20% a payout normalizzato), 491,7 milioni nel secondo trimestre (+24%). L'adjusted Ebitda è pari a 317,3 milioni (+6% rispetto al primo semestre 2023), +21% a payout normalizzato; 167,8 milioni nel trimestre (+17%). L'utile netto adjusted è pari a 105,3 milioni. Crescono le quote di mercato, ai massimi storici nel secondo quarter e a giugno. Alla luce della forte crescita organica del secondo trimestre, dell'accelerazione nella realizzazione delle sinergie di costo e delle acquisizioni previste, il Gruppo ha aggiornato la propria guidance per l'esercizio 2024: ricavi attesi pari a circa 2.030-2.080 milioni (da 2.020-2.065 milioni); adjusted Ebitda pari a circa 700-730 milioni (da 680-700 milioni); la guidance sugli investimenti ricorrenti e per le concessioni resta invariata; iniziative di crescita e pagamenti differiti tutti confermati ad eccezione dei bolt-ons in aumento di 35 milioni di euro nel 2024 (circa Euro 20 milioni di Adjusted Ebitda run rate attesi nel 2025).“Nel secondo trimestre del 2024 abbiamo proseguito il nostro percorso di crescita organica, sostenuto da quote di mercato in aumento nell'Online che hanno portato a una crescita a doppia cifra dei ricavi e dell'Ebitda.
