La diversità e l’inclusione, in quanto valori centrali, rappresentano gli obiettivi tra i più sfidanti nell’ambito dello sviluppo sostenibile (Sdgs) che l’azienda è impegnata a perseguire” ha detto la direttrice delle risorse umane di InfoCamere, Elena Proietti. “L’attenzione alla diversità di genere è una risorsa chiave per la crescita ed è particolarmente sentita da una realtà come la nostra che punta sulle competenze, in particolare nelle materie scientifiche e tecniche, indispensabili per lo sviluppo dei servizi digitali di cui oggi hanno estremamente bisogno le imprese e il paese”, ha continuato. A giugno 2024 le donne in InfoCamere sono 498 e rappresentano il 45,14% del totale della forza lavoro. Le politiche aziendali a favore della parità di genere costituiscono una strategia chiave per la crescita dell’azienda, che ha trovato concretezza nel 2023 con l’ottenimento della certificazione UNI/PdR 125:2022 sulla Parità di Genere, rafforzata dal rinnovo della certificazione ISO 14001 e la conferma nelle classifiche dei principali award di sostenibilità elaborate da Statista per il Sole 24 Ore (‘Leader della sostenibilità 2023’ e ‘Le 100 Aziende più attente al Clima 2023’).
