all’economia sommersa, che ha permesso di individuare 227 lavoratori irregolarmente impiegati - dei quali 61 completamente in “nero” - in un grande magazzino operante nella vendita di un’ampia gamma di prodotti, tra i quali articoli di abbigliamento, mobili, elettrodomestici, ferramenta, cosmetici, gioielli, giocattoli e articoli sportivi. Nello specifico, le Fiamme Gialle del Nucleo di polizia economico - finanziaria, nel corso di un controllo fiscale alla predetta società - amministrata da un soggetto di nazionalità cinese - hanno constatato che, dal 2021 in maniera sistematica, aveva impiegato i lavoratori dipendenti in parziale o totale evasione contributiva; condotte che hanno dato luogo a violazioni della legislazione in materia di lavoro. In particolare, anche grazie all’intervento di un militare specializzato in “Computer Forensics & Data Analysis”, che ha il compito di dare supporto tecnico alle investigazioni per la raccolta di elementi di prova su sistemi informatici, a seguito dell’ispezione operata presso gli uffici amministrativi dell’azienda, è stata rinvenuta copiosa documentazione a comprova dell’esistenza di una gestione parallela nella quale erano riportate operazioni non contabilizzate. Quanto è emerso dall’estrapolazione di dati e documenti è riconducibile ad un “sistema” collaudato finalizzato all’elusione degli obblighi fiscali e contributivi, ciò avvalorato da numerosi dipendenti ed ex-dipendenti che, vincendo il vincolo di subordinazione legato alla regola del “prendere o lasciare”, dettato dall’impresa, hanno reso dichiarazioni confermative delle ricostruzioni operate dai militari.
