E' quanto prevede la proposta di leggeapprovata a maggioranza dal Consiglio regionale della Toscanacon 30 voti favorevoli, 3 contrari e 6 astenuti. Ora toccherà alla Giunta regionale, nei prossimi 45 giorni, adisciplinare le modalità di definizione dell'equo indennizzoaggiornando le linee guida di applicazione della legge. GianniAnselmi, consigliere regionale Pd e presidente della commissionesviluppo economico ha spiegato che "la Toscana interviene su untema complesso come quello delle concessioni demanialimarittime, fornendo un quadro di riferimento chiaro alleamministrazioni locali e tutelando un sistema imprenditorialeche qualifica l'offerta turistica della Toscana. Questa propostadi legge modifica la normativa regionale (legge 31/2016), con laquale la Toscana è stata una delle prime regioni a tracciare unpercorso in questo ambito".Anselmi ha poi chiarito che "attraverso un emendamento che fariferimento al recente nuovo quadro normativo egiurisprudenziale abbiamo chiarito che questa legge secondo ilnostro punto di vista non invade la tutela della concorrenzanella parte relativa all'equo indennizzo, piuttosto bilancia conessa la tutela degli investimenti non ammortizzati e il valored'impresa generato nel tempo, e soprattutto intende offrire aiComuni e di conseguenza al sistema imprenditoriale un quadroamministrativo di riferimento omogeneo a livello regionale, inattesa di un intervento statale".
