A dirlo all'Adnkronos Salute Giovanni Migliore, presidente della Federazione italiana aziende sanitarie e ospedaliere (Fiaso). "I bambini - sottolinea Migliore - sono fragili per definizione sotto molti punti di vista. Quindi, in questo periodo di caldo afoso, quando si sta molto all'aperto, in piscina, al mare, al lago, non perdiamoli di vista: una delle principali cause, purtroppo, di decesso dei piccolissimi e dei piccoli è proprio l'annegamento". Per il resto le raccomandazioni anti-afa "sono quelle di buonsenso per i piccoli come per gli anziani: evitare di esporsi nelle ore più calde al sole, mantenere un'adeguata ventilazione in casa, magari senza ricorrere a temperature troppo basse con l'aria condizionata per evitare le grandi differenze di temperature tra l'esterno e l'interno. Se è necessario uscire di casa, farlo nelle prime ore del mattino o eventualmente nel tardo pomeriggio.
