capacità dell'infrastruttura, relativamente agli aspetti tecnici e alle caratteristiche del trasporto regionale che incidono sulla qualità, sull'efficienza e sull'efficacia dei servizi offerti".L'assessore Merra ribadisce che "gli sforzi di modernizzazione, accompagnati da investimenti importanti e mirati, stanno portando il settore ferroviario lucano a livelli esemplari dopo anni di trascuranza e inerzia".
