(askanews) - La trasformazione digitale della sanità italiana è a un punto di svolta. Ma quali sfide comporta? Un evento organizzato da Philips a Milano ha riunito gli attori coinvolti, aziende, istituzioni, operatori sanitari, per spiegare il cambio di paradigma di fronte al quale ci troviamo. "Noi siamo di fronte a un momento molto importante. Dopo anni fondamentalmente di investimenti pari e costanti rispetto agli anni precedenti, adesso vediamo una crescita degli investimenti del sistema sanitario sia pubblico che privato in digitalizzazione, attendiamo di arrivare a circa 3 miliardi di valore di mercato della digitalizzazione per la sanità e questo è importante ed è dovuto alla consapevolezza post-Covid da parte delle strutture ospedaliere, delle istituzioni, ma anche alla grande opportunità che deriva dal Pnrr", ha spiegato Andrea Celli Managing Director Philips Italia, Israele e Grecia. "Il Pnrr richiede fondamentalmente di modificare il nostro sistema sanitario nazionale, avere ospedali per acuti, ospedali di comunità, case di comunità e addirittura i domicili dei pazienti, in particolar modo cronici. Tutto questo funziona solo se si può basare su una infrastruttura solida, efficace e efficiente che metta a disposizione i dati nel momento in cui vengono richiesti", ha aggiunto. La sfida vera è non sprecare questa opportunità, ma chi lavora sul campo è ottimista. Secondo Alberto Ronchi Presidente AISIS (associazione italiana sistemi informativi in Sanità) "tra due o tre anni potremo dire se questo denaro è stato ben speso o anche solo speso oppure no e ci ritroviamo ancora in una situazione un po' complicata. "In particolare Philips si occupa della digitalizzazione di quelle piattaforme che servono a gestire i dati come per esempio il dato dell'imaging, i dati che possono essere tac e risonanze all'interno degli ospedali per poterli visualizzare, refertare dal lato clinico e chiaramente analizzare - ha spiegato Roberta Ranzo Informatics leader Philips Italia, Israele, Grecia. "La Philips lavora moltissimo su algoritmi di AI che permettono proprio di individuare determinate patologie e suggerire determinati percorsi chiaramente agli operatori sanitari", ha detto. Philips a Genova ha un Technology & Innovation Center dedicato all'imaging medicale, che fornisce servizi di consulenza e formazione. Un innovativo centro di competenze capace di gestire le attività del business healthcare IT non solo in Italia, ma in tutta Europa, Medio Oriente ed Africa. "Siamo particolarmente orgogliosi del nostro Center of Excellence di Genova, perché è un center che esporta il know-how e le competenze, un'eccellenza italiana che va in tutto il mondo - ha aggiunto Ranzo - In particolare in quel team abbiamo Product Management, che si occupano delle nuove release dei prodotti, ma abbiamo anche un team di servizio che si occupa delle implementazioni, della delivery dei nostri progetti informatici a livello globale e che ha una vastissima esperienza pluriennale". In particolare Philips serve oltre 50.000 radiologi a livello globale. Negli ultimo 12 mesi ha gestito oltre 313 milioni di nuovi esami, di cui 27 milioni in cloud utilizzando e mettendo al sicuro dati in 11 data center distribuiti al livello mondiale.
